Marine Torrollion
Co-founder and CEO

STUDIES
Graduated in 2014 with a degree in Health Information Technology Engineering, top of her class, her entire professional career has focused on the development of medical devices.
PROFESSIONNAL EXPERIENCE
More than 10 years of experience as a software engineer and then project manager on software integrated into a device with a hardware component have provided insight into working in large companies (THALES), medium-sized companies (BLUE-ORTHO), and start-ups (FLUOPTICS). These three companies had different organizational structures and quality systems, allowing me to draw inspiration from all three models to optimize O-TECHNO’s. During these years, contact with the US was important in terms of customer relations, as the majority of customers were based in the United States.
COMMITMENT
« Keen to start a company for a cause that inspires me, I came up with the idea and developed the product that would enable me to take action and create a start-up. I am familiar with the Alpine medical industry ecosystem, and my network allows me to make rapid progress on key strategic points for getting the business off the ground. »
ROLE
Marine is the founder of the project and the company’s first investor. She has knowledge of the entrepreneurial environment in medical devices, regulatory constraints, and project management, as well as technical skills in software development.
Marine uses this experience to proactively and effectively manage the creation, launch, and sustainability of the company.

PROFESSIONNAL EXPERIENCE
He continued his career in Grenoble in the field of signal processing applied to gas sensors for four and a half years, and underwent training in entrepreneurial innovation (SATT boot camps, student-entrepreneur diploma at the University of Grenoble).
COMMITMENT
« Wanting to start a business for a cause that inspires me, I am studying entrepreneurship at Grenoble INP. I am familiar with the research laboratory ecosystem, and my network and curiosity enable me to quickly make progress on strategic development and innovation strategy issues. »
ROLE
Réda wants to use his experience and skills in telecommunications and signal processing to contribute to a meaningful invention. His career path led him to entrepreneurship, and it was through a tech entrepreneurship network that he met Marine. With their complementary roles, they decided to join forces.
